I composed the original music segments for the web series "Décidémons: Gréal". All the music in the trailer showcases samples of that music. I loved composing for a fantasy/adventure story, in collaboration with the amazing director Gabriel Tougas.
I've had the privilege of creating and producing the music for Virtual Production House's sizzle reel (Vancouver), a commercial production of high caliber, under the direction of Steven A. Adelson. It wasn't easy to conceive multiple genres of music with a single underlying theme, but here you have it! By the way, everything you see is virtual (filmed in front of screens) - nothing was filmed outside their studio!
Music production: Live & Learn

After studying music production at the studio Precursor Productions in Winnipeg, I took it upon myself to record, mix and master the album Live & Learn for my band Almost Insight.

This showcases a steep learning curve in audio production and song writing. I personally wrote the songs Out of Breath, Mon trésor, Hummingbird, Rise Like A Titan and Simplicity. Have a listen!
Circumfero (since 2012)

Circumfero (since 2012) is a Franco-Manitoban high school circus troup I initiated at the Centre scolaire Léo-Rémillard, where I currently teach music and performing arts.
With an original story and characters, I compose unique and extremely diverse soundtracks that can be adjusted for the stunts. The music is performed live by students on stage.

Samples of the music are posted below.
*Keep in mind that these tracks have not been mastered
**There are many more songs and instrumental pieces on Circumfero's Youtube channel.
Viens voir ici (2014-2016)
Viens voir ici is a french television series exploring the far reaching diversity of francophone cultures throughout Canada. The theme was composed with adventure and excitement in mind.

Here is the evolution of the theme from draft to finished product (finished product in video).
Héliosols (2013)

Héliosols (2013) is an indie film made by Franco-Manitoban talent.
Gabriel Tougas (the director) requested a minimalistic approach to the music. The simple theme can be played with one finger on the piano. Percussion sounds include typing, clapping and snapping fingers.

The entirety of this project was made in Garageband and was a massive springboard for learning the ropes on my part. Working closely with the director and prioritizing his vision was key to the success of the soundtrack.

Party Business Supreme (2024)
Party Business Supreme is another bizarre game where you play as a cake, sliding and rolling around, trying to collect gifts to please the client before forks stab you. I approached each map type with a few classic stereotypes in mind, aiming to make them catchy and strangely familiar. The trailer is an over-the-top cheesy orchestral piece (referencing a Japanese Domino's pizza commercial and inspired by the classic "happy birthday" song).
Cubey vs The Universe (2022)
Cubey vs The Universe is a Winnipeg made puzzle video game. The music is orchestral, but it features beatboxing, clapping, snapping, farts, foot stomps, synths and more to lead this strange yet charming character to victory.

The Markus Polo Hostage Situation (2021)
The Markus Polo Hostage Situation was part of another Ludum Dare (49) with the theme "unstable". Our small team collaborated on the story, characters, mechanics, and split off in our respective roles for the production. I created the sound effects and music.

The music is a mix of chip-tune and orchestral instrumentation.

Red Laser Blue Laser (2019)
Red Laser Blue Laser is a game made by Mike Berg during the Winnipeg Game Jam (Peg Jam) in November 2019. This was my first time working with a video game developper to produce sound effects.

Check out the game here.
Interdimensional Slime (2019)
Inter-dimensional Slime was made at the same Peg Jam as Red Laser Blue Laser. With the cute slime ball design and the earthly environment, I created two tracks: one more relaxed and pleasant, the other with more dark "otherworldly" qualities. They loved both and decided to use the relaxed track for the menu and the reflective one for the actual game levels.
Both tracks can be looped.
